Referrers

A referral is not required to see us, however it is common for clients to be referred by a variety of health professionals including: GP’s, dentists, other physiotherapists, psychologists and dieticians.

Referrals and Chronic disease management plans can be handed to us in person at the initial appointment or emailed to info@thrivehealthgroup.au
