Meet the Team
Ann Le Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist & Orofacial Myologist
Ann graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 and went on to complete her Master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2018. She has worked both in the public and private setting in Melbourne and spent two years working in London where she worked with a variety of clients from a Michelin Star Chef, police officers to young people following osteosarcoma resections.
Ann is passionate about providing high quality, evidence-based care to her clients and has spent the majority of her career working with vulnerable individuals from low socioeconomic backgrounds. She currently works as the Manager of the Acute and Chronic Pain Service at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
She has a special interest in managing issues related to the TMJ (jaw pain), neck, headaches, lower back. Her approach involves providing her clients with thorough education regarding their condition and empowering them with the tools they need to achieve their goals.
In her spare time, you’ll find her growing vegetables, foraging for mushrooms, camping, playing basketball and supporting local business via the Sunshine Locals Instagram and Facebook pages. She is an avid lover of nature and has spent much her time hiking across the world including the Camino de Santiago (900km - France/Spain) and Mount Kilimanjaro (5900m elevation, Tanzania).

Jason Poon Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Jason graduated from La Trobe Universty in 2009 and went on to complete his Master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2018. He has worked in private clinics, hospitals and in community health services and was fortunate to be give the opportunity to work as part of the Specialist Shoulder Service at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London. He was also the team physiotherapist for the Marby Lions Football Club and physiotherapist for A-League referees for Melbourne Victory and Melbourne United matches.
Jason thrives on building relationships and understands the importance of communication in building the trust of clients and in keeping them motivated. He is currently working as a team leader in the public health system where he is supporting a team of 30 physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and nurses.
He has a special interest in managing injuries related to: sports, shoulders, neck, ankles, knees and back.
Jason is a big believer in the connection between mind and body and prioritizes exercise as part of his daily routine. A previous soccer player and Australian National level sprinter, Jason continues to enjoy long distance running, basketball and weight training.
He has competed in the Gatorade Triathlon (Sprint and full length), Tough Mudder, Corporate Games (Mixed Basketball) and the 15km You Yangs trail run. He has signed up to the Ballarat half Marathon in April 2025 and is aiming to complete his first marathon later in the year.
